From the heart of Wyoming, John Kirlin writes and performs story-telling songs, creating a blend of Americana, Folk, and Country music while bringing a hard-rock, whiskey-bent energy to the stage.
“One of Casper’s favorite sons, John Kirlin comes from an extremely talented musical family. The gift of song is so engrained into him, that he has no problem making you think you’re listening to a full band when he hits the stage solo”
- T-Roy, Rock 96.7 FM
December Window” is John’s first solo album. He has released two previous albums with his band The High Plains Drifters. The Drifters are well known for their high-energy performances. “December Window” maintains that energy while blending more Americana/Singer-songwriter influences while performing as a one-man band, playing the drums, guitar, and harmonica simultaneously.
